ARFEN strongly implements Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) measures 
within the company. Our company takes security measures for the welfare 
of our employees and compliance with legislation.
The roles and 
responsibilities of our employees are clearly defined in our company 
policy. According to these job descriptions, possible hazards were 
identified and risk assessments were made. This includes identifying 
physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial hazards that 
may affect the health and safety of workers. Additionally, emergency 
action plans have been prepared for all possible dangers. Necessary 
security precautions signs have been placed at certain points within the
company.
In addition, necessary training has been provided for 
the safety of our employees and the necessary safety equipment has been 
provided. Testing is carried out after our employees are given the 
necessary training and education to understand OHS policies, procedures 
and their role in providing a safe working environment. Items such as 
safety glasses, gloves, helmets, respirators, hearing protection and 
fall protection equipment have been provided, especially for teams 
working in the production process. In addition to all these, medical 
examinations are carried out in our company for the health of our 
employees.
By implementing these steps, ARFEN creates a safe and 
healthy working environment that protects the well-being of employees 
and contributes to overall business success. Monitoring the 
effectiveness of OSH measures is carried out regularly through data 
analysis and feedback mechanisms.
